離婚！！！

現在ロンドンに住んでいます！イギリス人の夫から子どもを日本につれて帰り、慰謝料をとって別れたい！
誰に相談したらいいの？

英の法律ではどんな離婚でも慰謝料は取れないのですよ（涙）。
どうしても！って言うのなら出るとこ出るしか無いようです。
財産折半と子供の養育費だけが保障されてます。
私など、日本なら最高額の2千万は取れたはずなのに、この国では何も無しです。
