As we head into the festive season, flu is circulating more widely in London. Taking a few simple steps now can help you stay well and protect those around you.

Help stop the spread

If you’re feeling unwell, stay at home.

When meeting indoors, open a window for fresh air.

Practice good hygiene:
* Cough into your bent elbow or use a tissue and bin it immediately
* Wash your hands frequently with warm water and soap
* Clean surfaces that are touched often, like door handles
